Main Character Manifestation Policies & Terms

1. Coaching Services

• Scope: Coaching is educational and transformational support. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice.

• Responsibility: Your results depend on your commitment, effort, and personal circumstances. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

• Cancellations: Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are forfeited.

• No Transfers: Coaching packages and sessions are non-transferable to other people.

2. Courses & Digital Products

• Access: When you purchase a digital product, you receive lifetime access unless otherwise specified (e.g., a membership or timed program).

• Intellectual Property: All content (videos, scripts, PDFs, audios) is copyrighted. Sharing, reselling, or distributing without permission is prohibited.

• No Refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital access, all course and digital product sales are final.

3. Memberships & Group Programs

• Billing: Memberships (e.g., Main Character Academy Coaching Group) are billed monthly or annually as selected.

• Cancellations: You may cancel anytime inside your account. Access will remain until the end of the billing period.

• No Refunds: Past charges are non-refundable, including partial months.

4. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in full or through the agreed installment plan.

• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is complete.

• By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price or plan and authorize recurring billing where applicable.

5. No Refund Policy

• All purchases (coaching, courses, digital products, memberships) are non-refundable.

• Why? Because these programs require commitment and deliver instant digital or energetic value.

• Exceptions are only made if required by law in your country/state.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information (name, email, payment info) is used solely for delivering services and products.

• I will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Payment details are processed securely through Stripe/PayPal/Kajabi and are never stored by me directly.

• You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

7. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing and participating, you acknowledge:

• Coaching and courses are for educational purposes only.

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

• I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or outcomes related to your participation.

• Violation of terms (e.g., content sharing, disrespectful behavior in community spaces) may result in removal without refund.
